I know, I know.
Definitely not what we learned from our moms, and their moms, and our great-grandmothers.
Generationally, we inherit the belief that periods are an inherently painful, obscenely messy, maternal inconvenience.
Carrie scarred us of ever having a healthy adolescent relationship with our period. The curse. amirite?
Well, I'm here to change all that.

Your relationship with your blood.
Your uterus.
Your hormonal balance.
Your biological literacy.
We have more control than we were ever made to believe we had. Because sure, women bleed anywhere from 36 days to 84 days a year, we deserve to understand it, right?
The flow.
The density.
The regularity.
The 3 weeks every month we aren't bleeding.
There's so many more amazing things and people and experiences to dedicate your time and energy to that exist outside of your period. So while intimately knowing your body, its functions, and its superpowers is important in empowering your health, it isn't the exclamation point to your life.
It's just the period.
